Customers need to recharge in advance to keep their services active.
After 30 days, customers must recharge to continue the services.
If the customer fails to recharge after 30 days, services will be discontinued.
If the customer exhausts their GB quota during the billing cycle period, the plan speed will be throttled to 1 Mbps, and the customer will continue to enjoy the services until the end of the recharge cycle.
Data Boosters/Speed Boosters are available to enhance speed after FUP.
An installation fee of ₹799 + GST is applicable on the monthly plan, and ₹300 + GST is applicable on the 3-month plan, while the fee will be waived for 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month subscriptions.
To provide all customers with optimum service and protect their interests, the plan offered by Asianet shall be subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) as formulated and implemented by Asianet from time to time.
The Double Delight Plan offered by Asianet shall be subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), which shall be imposed upon consumption of 3,300GB in a billing cycle, after which the data speed shall be reduced to 1 Mbps. The FUP may be amended and implemented by Asianet from time to time at its sole discretion.
Asianet’s modem and HD box shall at all times remain the property of Asianet, and Asianet may recover the STB along with ancillary equipment from the customer if the customer opts out of the Asianet Fiber Plan and/or chooses to discontinue Asianet’s service.
The CPE and digital services may be provided either by Asianet and/or its affiliates/subsidiaries. This plan shall only be available as a bundled offering along with CPE and digital services.
Customers who opt for the product without Cable TV service at the same rate will not be eligible to get Cable TV service for the account in the future.
Services are subject to network availability.
The modem has the ability to connect up to 64 devices (32 on 2.4 GHz and 32 on 5.0 GHz) simultaneously, and speed will be shared based on the number of connected devices.
All recharges are exclusive of taxes. GST of 18% is applicable on all plans, recharges, and installation costs.
The Asianet Broadband Plan is provided by Asianet Broadband to any customer who wishes to avail of Asianet’s broadband and digital services. The payment for the plan is an upfront payment and will not be refunded if the customer cancels the connection before the maturity of the agreed tenure.
The total cost mentioned in the plan has been rounded off to the nearest value.

Channels in the bundle offer are pre-packed. Any additional channels can be added by pre-paying the respective channel cost and applicable taxes.
Channels/channel bouquets may be subject to change if any revisions are made by broadcasters. The offer is applicable only in Asianet’s direct network serviced areas.
